For the first time in my life I think that Anderson Silvas title is in danger. Vitor Belfort is in my opinion a better stand up fighter, and the danger lies in the fact that Anderson Silva doesn’t have much to offer except his stand up game. First of all, Anderson is not a great wrestler. This means that we can’t expect him to just win by a take down or a submission. Another advantage of Vitor Belfort is that he is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, which pretty much cancels out his ground game (Silva is never to be underestimated however). Vitor Belfort is such an explosive fighter, so I wouldn’t recommend Silva to accept the clash if it happens. Overall, I just don’t see Silvas strong points in this fight.
